Why Prefyle exists
The observation letter is a lagging indicator
Every pre-filing observation SEBI issues points to something that was discoverable inside the document before submission. The teams drafting DRHPs are capable. The regulation is public. What is missing is the systematic layer between them: a way to check hundreds of pages against hundreds of requirements without burning the review team's judgment on lookup work.
We built Prefyle by going through SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018 the slow way: provision by provision, schedule by schedule, mapping each requirement to where and how it must appear in a DRHP. That requirement library is the foundation the product stands on. The AI sits on top of it, not in place of it.
